Opening Networking Reception — The pre-match. Arrive, register, and settle into the room. This is the warm-up, time to meet peers working the same terrain and to find your footing before play begins.
The Opening Whistle — Play begins. Your conveners set the terms of the evening and name the question underneath it. To be offside is to move ahead of the rules. That is precisely where most organizations now stand with AI.
The After-Match — The whistle ends the match, not the conversation. The evening's questions move from the stage to the people who will carry them into the week.
